Download the EnKounters app, sign up with your email, and complete your onboarding profile. Your profile information is used for AI matching but is never shared with other users until you choose to reveal your identity.

When you connect with someone on EnKounters, your real identity — name, photo, institution, employer — is hidden. You communicate through your EnKounters persona until both parties mutually agree to reveal their identities.

Absolutely. Identity reveal is always mutual and always on your terms. Neither party's identity is shown until both agree to proceed.

We ask for basic information to power our AI matching — things like your career stage, areas of interest, and goals. This data is kept private and is never visible to other users before you reveal your identity.

Once you're matched with someone, you can propose times directly in the app. Both parties confirm the time, and you'll receive a reminder before your session begins.

Sessions can be text-based chats or voice/video calls — your choice. You stay anonymous throughout unless you both decide to reveal identities. There's no script; just a real conversation.

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel sessions from within the app. We ask that you give reasonable notice out of respect for your match's time.

Go to Settings in the app to update your email, password, notification preferences, and profile details at any time.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app's Settings → Subscription page. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
